😈Naughty/Nice Fitness Challenge😇

ERC Fitness Centre trainers will post a series of workouts over 3 weeks on social media (Facebook members page and Instagram) with options for Naughty (advanced) or Nice (easy) workouts and videos of trainer demos
Monday 5th December to 22nd December 2022
🔸Complete the workouts and tag Eaton Recreation Centre & 24hr Gym on Facebook or Instagram, or post on our members only Facebook group so we can see your efforts.
🔹Bonus points for videos and pictures, working out with friends, posting results/weights/feedback, Christmas themed dress-ups, creative hashtags, completing multiple workouts and more!!
🔸Trainers will choose 2 winners after the 3 weeks, to receive a $50 Sportspower voucher each for their efforts.
