Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or striving for a new personal best, our team provides the support, structure, and motivation you need every step of the way.

Who We Are

Our coaches are qualified fitness professionals with a shared passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident — inside and outside the gym.
Each team member brings their own unique expertise, from strength training and rehabilitation to high-intensity conditioning, functional movement, youth fitness, and long-term lifestyle change.

We’re not just here to supervise your workouts — we’re here to empower you to make fitness a natural, enjoyable part of your life.

How We Support You

Fitness Coach vs Personal Trainer

We know the titles can be confusing — here’s the difference at ERC:

  • Fitness Coaches are here on the gym floor to guide, motivate, and support all members. They can help you use equipment safely, update your workout plan, or check in on your progress — all included in your membership.

  • Personal Trainers (PTs) offer more focused, 1-on-1 sessions for members who want specific results, event preparation, or ongoing accountability. They create customised training plans and provide dedicated coaching to accelerate your goals.

Both roles work together to ensure every member receives the right support — whether that’s a friendly check-in or a full-scale transformation plan.
