Youth Fit is a fun, structured fitness term-based program designed for young people aged 11–15 years. The program focuses on building confidence, strength, and fitness while teaching safe movement skills and healthy exercise habits in a supportive environment.
📅 Sessions: One 45-minute session per week
🕓 When: Mondays or Wednesdays, 4:00 – 4:45pm
🏠 Bonus: Each participant also receives a simple home-based workout every week to keep active between sessions.

What is Youth Fit?
It’s a structured gym-based program for 11–15-year-olds. It helps build confidence, learn proper technique, improve fitness, and understand how to use the gym safely.
Can my child just come in and train by themselves?
No – Youth Fit is a fully supervised program. Outside of these sessions, young people under 16 can't access the gym unless part of a separate supervised or youth membership arrangement.
How do I sign my child up?
If you are a new to the ERC community you will need to set up a member account with us.
- Go to Perfect Gym
- Click 'JOIN NOW'
- Select 'CREATE FREE ACCOUNT' then next
- Complete all required fields and click 'CREATE ACCOUNT'
- You now need to connect your child to your account. To do this, go to the 'ACCOUNT ' section and then click 'FRIENDS AND FAMILY'
- Click 'ADD FAMILY MEMBER'
- Select "CREATE NEW ACCOUNT" then next
- Complete all required fields and click 'CREATE ACCOUNT"
- Now you're ready to book into a class!
Once you have created your new account or if you already have an account you will need to book into a class
- On your account dashboard, go to 'BOOK'
- Go to the 'COURSES' tab
- You will now see the available classes to register for
- Click 'ENROL NOW'
- Ensure you click on your child's account and select 'ENROL NOW'
- In Payment section please select 'CASH'. You won't be charged this will allow us to complete the enrolment
- A summary of your bookings can be found under "MY BOOKINGS TAB'
Can my 10-year-old join? They’re very mature.
Youth Fit is strictly for ages 11–15 to ensure age-appropriate training. We’d love to see them next year!
Is this like a PT session?
Not quite – it’s a small group setting led by a qualified fitness coach, with a focus on learning, movement skills, and building confidence – but not personal training.
What does my child need to bring?
Just activewear, closed-in shoes, a water bottle, a towel, and a positive attitude is a bonus too!
Do parents need to stay during the session?
No need to stay – you're welcome to, but the sessions are fully supervised by trained staff.
How much does it cost?
We’re offering an introductory price of $99 for the full 9-week program.
Youth Fit - Weekly Journey
Week 1: Getting Started
Step confidently into the gym, learn how the space works, set personal goals, and establish your fitness starting point in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
Week 2: Lower Body Legends
Build strong, powerful legs while learning safe squatting and stepping techniques that improve balance, control, and confidence.
Week 3: Upper Body Without the Ego
Develop upper-body strength and posture through pushing and pulling movements that make gym equipment feel familiar and manageable.
Week 4: Core & Boxer Fitness
Unlock core strength and body control to move better, train safer, and feel more stable in everything you do.
Week 5: Cardio That Doesn't Suck!
Boost fitness with fun, fast-paced cardio intervals that teach effort, recovery, and confidence without burnout.
Week 6: Strength Circuit
Combine strength and teamwork in high-energy circuit training that challenges the body while building encouragement and flow.
Week 7: Balance & Agility
Level up balance, agility, and reaction speed through dynamic drills that improve coordination and athletic skills.
Week 8: Confidence in the Gym
Take charge of the gym by learning how to set up machines, choose weights, and train with growing independence and confidence.
Week 9: Final Challenge & Celebration
Participants revisit Week 1’s baseline to celebrate their progress and growth, finishing with a group challenge and recognition of everyone’s achievements.
