All ERC Active gym members are entitled to a complimentary gym appraisal every 3 months.
At the Eaton Recreation Centre, we're here to support you every step of the way. As part of your membership, you're invited to book a free 60-minute gym appraisal, a relaxed and supportive one-on-one session with a fitness coach.

Aspiration finder
Explore your goals and what motivates you. Tell us how many times a week you want to workout and we’ll tailor a plan to suit you!
Pre-exercise screening (PAR-Q)
Check that you’re ready to train safely, discuss any pre-existing medical conditions that you need to share.
Blood pressure check
Get a quick snapshot of your heart health.
Evolt 360 body composition scan
Get a deeper look into what’s going on beneath the surface. The Evolt 360 body scan measures things like body fat % and muscle mass so you can track your progress and smash your goals! Scans are completely optional. Find more information about the Evolt 360 body scan here.
Personalised workout plan
You'll receive two personalised workouts in your Technogym app, plus a walkthrough with a coach to help you feel confident using the equipment.
Whether you’re new to exercise, looking for guidance or just keen to update your workout rotation this session is a great way to stay on track and smash your goals.
