Age limits
Minimum age: Children must be enrolled in Pre-Primary and have turned 5 years old to attend. Please note that the service reserves the right to assess whether a child is mature enough to participate.
January holiday enrolments: Children can attend the January school holidays in the year they are due to start Pre-Primary, even if they haven't yet had their first day of school — as long as they have already turned 5 years old.
Maximum age: Vacation Care is available to children in Primary School from Pre-Primary through to Year 6. Once a child turns 11–12 years old or reaches Year 7, the service will assess whether continued attendance is appropriate based on their maturity.
