The Eaton Recreation Centre is calling for feedback through its 2023 Customer Satisfaction Survey to provide valuable insight and help shape its future.

Shire of Dardanup President Cr Tyrrell Gardiner said the centre is committed to boosting its customer experience and the survey findings would provide invaluable insights into how it can better cater to its valued patrons.

Cr Gardiner said those who complete the survey will automatically go into the draw to win one of three $25 vouchers.

“Our mission at Eaton Recreation Centre is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and accommodating environment for all our members and visitors,” Cr Gardiner said.

“This survey is an important step towards ensuring that we not only meet but exceed the expectations of our community. All members and users of the Eaton Recreation Centre are encouraged to participate in the survey and share their experiences.

“We know that this is a busy time of year, and we appreciate people taking the time to complete the survey. This is how we get better at what we do, and we value the community’s input.

"We are not just seeking feedback; we are prepared to act on it. We want to ensure that our centre is a place where everyone feels welcome, safe, and inspired to lead an active and healthy lifestyle.”

Cr Gardiner said the survey could be completed online by scanning the promoted QR code or visiting the centre’s website. Paper copies of the survey are also available at the centre’s reception.

“We recognise the importance of understanding our customers' needs and preferences and our staff are dedicated to promoting active and healthy lifestyles within the community,” Cr Gardiner said.

“By doing so, they not only help shape the future of the centre but also have a chance to win exciting prizes as a token of appreciation for their valuable input.”

You can fill out a paper survey at the centre's reception. The survey will be open until Monday, 15 January 2024 and winners of the prize draws will be announced on Friday, 19 January 2024.
