What age do you need to be to use the gym?

The minimum age to use the gym and group fitness classes unsupervised is 16 years.  Membership agreements must be signed by a parent/guardian if the member is under 18 years of age.

Supervised gym and group fitness programs are available for children under 16 years of age. Please contact us for details.

What do I need to bring for a workout?

The essentials for any exercise program is comfortable clothing, closed-in shoes (eg. sneakers), a sweat towel and drink bottle.

Do you have a pool?

Unfortunately we don’t have a pool

Do you have lockers?

Lockers are available in the gym, free of charge for members and casual gym users.

How can I book a court?

The first step is to contact us to see if the courts are available when you need it.  It’s best to contact our Booking Co-ordinator on 9724 0400 or submit an enquiry.

If the courts are available, you will need to complete a booking form depending on whether or not your booking is a one-off booking, or seasonal/repeat booking.  Our staff will issue you with the appropriate booking form.

I just want to shoot some hoops, do I need to book?

No, but we recommend you contact us before coming down just to make sure the courts are free.  Paying for casual shots means you may be sharing the court with others who are shooting hoops.  If you want the court space exclusively for yourself, you will need to pay a court hire fee.

What area’s of the centre are air-conditioned?

Our gym, group fitness studio, crèche and meeting rooms are all air-conditioned.
