ERC Move More Rewards — Terms and Conditions

1. General
1.1 ERC Move More Rewards ("the program") is operated by Eaton Recreation Centre, a facility of the Shire of Dardanup, Western Australia.
1.2 By participating in the program, members agree to these terms and conditions.
1.3 ERC reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the program or any of its components at any time, with reasonable notice provided to members where possible.
1.4 ERC's decision on all program matters is final.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The program is open to current, fee-paying ERC members only. Eligible membership types include standard, family, Fit Over 50s, FIFO, corporate, first responders teen, youth and concession memberships.
2.2 Members on complimentary or free memberships are not eligible to participate in the program.
2.3 ERC staff, Shire of Dardanup employees and Councillors holding complimentary or free memberships are not eligible. Those paying a standard staff membership fee are eligible.
2.5 Members must maintain an active, fee-paying membership at the time of the draw to be eligible to claim a prize.
3. Monthly prize draw
Earning entries
3.1 Members earn one (1) entry per week for gym visits and one (1) entry per week for group fitness classes attended, up to a maximum of nine (9) entries per calendar month.
3.2 Attendance is recorded via ERC's gym and group fitness attendance systems. No physical tickets are issued — attendance is automatically recorded and members do not need to take any action to earn entries.
3.3 Entries are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
The draw
3.4 The monthly draw will be held on the first business day of the following month (e.g. entries earned in March will be drawn on the first business day of April).
3.5 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all entries earned in the preceding month.
3.6 Winners will be notified by phone using the contact details held on their membership record. It is the member's responsibility to ensure their contact details are current.
3.7 If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the draw, the prize will be redrawn and a new winner selected.
Prizes
3.8 The monthly prize is valued at approximately $100 and may include an Eaton Fair gift voucher and/or ERC merchandise (which may include items such as a gym bag, drink bottle, towel, shaker, keep cup and café voucher).
3.9 Prize components are subject to availability and may vary from month to month at ERC's discretion.
3.10 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Quarterly prize draw
4.1 At the end of every three-month period, a quarterly draw will be held.
4.2 All entries earned by eligible members across the full quarter will be included in the quarterly draw.
4.3 The quarterly prize is valued at approximately $250. Prize details will be communicated to members prior to each quarterly draw.
4.4 The same winner and notification conditions apply as outlined in clauses 3.5–3.7.
4.5 Monthly draw winners are still eligible to win the quarterly draw.
5. Free Friend Fridays
5.1 Fee-paying ERC members may bring guests to ERC for free each Friday ("Free Friend Fridays"), during normal operating hours.
5.2 Guests must check in at reception prior to accessing any facility areas. A casual band will be issued at reception, and a guest account and PAR-Q form must be completed before the guest can participate.
5.3 Each guest is eligible to attend under Free Friend Fridays up to three (3) times. Following this, a membership is required to continue attending ERC.
5.4 The offer applies to gym access and group fitness classes, subject to class availability.
5.5 Free Friend Fridays applies during ERC's standard operating hours only. The offer is not available on public holidays unless otherwise communicated.
5.6 ERC reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest at its discretion.
6. 10% café discount
6.1 Fee-paying ERC members are entitled to a 10% discount on purchases made at the ERC café ("the member discount").
6.2 The member discount is applied at the point of sale upon presentation of a valid ERC membership band.
6.3 The member discount is for the member's personal use only and cannot be used on behalf of guests or third parties.
6.4 The member discount cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated by ERC.
7. Birthday drink
7.1 Fee-paying ERC members will receive a complimentary birthday treat from the ERC café during their birthday month ("the birthday treat").
7.2 Members will receive an automated notification (via push notification or email) as a reminder to visit the café and claim their birthday treat.
7.3 The birthday treat must be claimed in person at the ERC café by the member and is non-transferable.
7.4 The birthday treat is a single redemption per membership, per birthday, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7.5 ERC reserves the right to determine the nature of the birthday treat at its discretion.
8. Privacy
8.1 Personal information collected in connection with this program is managed in accordance with the Shire of Dardanup's Privacy Policy and applicable Western Australian legislation.
8.2 Member attendance data used to calculate draw entries is held securely and used solely for the purposes of administering the program.
