We’re always looking for ways to make your experience at Eaton Recreation Centre even better – and who better to tell us than you?

The 2025 ERC Member Survey is your chance to share feedback on what you love about the Centre and where we can improve. Whether it’s group fitness classes, our 24/7 gym, children’s services, sports programs, or facilities, we want to hear from you.

All members and previous members who complete the survey will go in the draw to win one of four 12-week free memberships and ERC member prize packs – that’s a whole season of fitness and fun, on us!

Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • The giveaway is open to current ERC members and individuals who have held an ERC membership anytime in the past 12 months. 
    • Employees of Shire of Dardanup, ERC and councillors are able to participate in the survey but are not eligible to enter the giveaway.
  2. Entry period
    • The giveaway entry opens at 9am on Monday, 20 October 2025, and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday, 9 November 2025.
    • Entries submitted outside the entry period will not be accepted.
  3. How to enter
    • To enter, members must complete the annual ERC member survey via the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Z3JNMNY or a hardcopy survey must be returned before the closing date.
    • Entrants must include their first and last name on the survey to enter the giveaway.
    • Each completed survey counts as one entry.
    • Limited to one entry per member.
  4. Prize
    • The giveaway prize consists of four (4) x 12-week free memberships at Eaton Recreation Centre.
    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Entrants must be an existing ERC member to claim the prize.
  5. Winner selection and notification
    • Winners will be randomly drawn from all valid survey entries.
    • The draw will take place prior to Friday, 14 November 2025.
    • Winners will be notified via the contact details provided in their survey submission.
    • If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, ERC reserves the right to redraw another winner.
  6. Use of personal information
    • Personal information collected during the survey and giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of the survey and prize administration.
    • By entering, participants consent to ERC contacting them regarding the survey results and any relevant promotional communications.
  7. General conditions
    • ERC reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if deemed necessary.
    • By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
