The countdown is on! Over the coming week, we'll be completing the final stages of our exciting gym upgrades, including the installation of brand-new cardio equipment and improvements to the overall gym experience.

This week's closures:

• Centre closed from 4am-7.30am on Wednesday, 30 September.
  (5.45am Body Step class is cancelled)
• Gym closed from 4am on Wednesday and extended to 5.30am on Thursday, 1 October.

During the gym closure we will be:

• Installing new cardio equipment.
• Refreshing the gym layout.
• Upgrading our access systems and staffed hours gym entry.
