The Eaton Recreation Centre and 24hr Gym is a Shire of Dardanup owned and operated facility providing a range of health, fitness, sporting, childcare and recreational opportunities.
Committed to supporting and encouraging its residents of all ages to be more active, the Shire of Dardanup opened the Eaton Recreation Centre in 2003. The ERC boasts modern gymnasium equipment plus indoor basketball/netball courts, a crèche, meeting rooms and a cutting-edge group fitness program for adults and kids alike.
The centre has been close to achieving its 1000th member for the past 6 months and Robert Dempster the Recreation Centre Manager and Alina Gribble, Gym and Memberships Team Leader, wanted to celebrate this milestone by giving away a 12-month membership to the lucky person who signed up as the 1000th member!
The lucky giveaway winner and 1000th member, Alex Billi was awarded the full 12-month membership in October 2023.
16-year-old Alex said that he was motivated to join ERC as many of his friends were already members and they recommended it to him due the reliable equipment, friendly staff, and affordable membership.
