Our Small Group Personal Training program is the affordable option when you need motivation, guidance from a trainer and the support of like-minded individuals

From as little as $11 per 1 hour PT session – you choose your package and payment option

Max of 8 participants per session means you get the personalised attention AND the support of your group

MORNING sessions Mon / Wed / Fri @6am with Katie
• Focus on strength, high intensity cardio and functional movements
• Workouts are fun and different every session and participants will be challenged in a supportive team environment.
• 3 x Sessions per week @ $297
• or 4 fortnightly direct debit payments of $74.25
EVENING sessions Tues / Thurs @5.30pm with Justine
• Traditional gym workouts with a strong focus on technique and progressive overload.
• 2 x Sessions per week @ $198
• or 4 fortnightly direct debit payments of $49.50

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION: No refunds or make up sessions available. A refund may be issued for medical reasons upon presentation of a doctor's letter. A minimum of 4 registered participants is required to run a program (maximum of 8 participants per program). If a session is cancelled due to insufficient registrations you will receive a full refund or the option to select another session. Where possible, the same Trainer will run the same session for the duration of the Challenge. Trainers may be subject to change without notice. If a session is cancelled due to inclement weather or trainer unavailability, participants will be notified and the session will be rescheduled. Each participant must complete a Stage 1 Pre-exercise Health Questionnaire before participating in the sessions.
