Gym and Group training for 11 – 15 year olds
Each session is supervised by our fully qualified fitness instructors. Our instructors will show you how to safely and effectively use the fitness equipment while teaching you healthy habits for life.

Each participant is required to complete an Enrolment Form and a Children/Young Adolescent Pre Activity Questionnaire prior to commencing the program.
The Pre Activity Questionnaire needs to be signed by a parent or guardian.
What’s on and when?
Our 60 minute classes run in line with the school terms:
Monday 3.30pm – Teenfit STRONG
Resistance training using a range of strength equipment in the gym. Learn correct weight training techniques, develop good form and learn how to keep your growing body healthy, strong and injury-free.
Wednesday 3.30pm – Teenfit FUNCTIONAL
Functional training is all about exercises that mimic everyday movement. These workouts involve team games and fun exercises that will keep you motivated and increase your energy levels
Friday 3.30pm – Teenfit MOVEMENT
Recovery is just as important as training. Our last session of the week incorporates bodyweight exercises, cardio, mobility and yoga to rejuvinate the mind and body.
How much does it cost?:
Pay-as-you-go $9.00 per session*
*An access band must be purchased at your first class
Term fee $210 (unlimited access to all 3 classes per week, includes access band)
Access Band – $20 (Re-useable and essential for gym sessions)
