Gym and Group training for 11 – 15 year olds
Each session is supervised by our fully qualified fitness instructors. Our instructors will show you how to safely and effectively use the fitness equipment while teaching you healthy habits for life.

Each participant is required to complete an Enrolment Form and a Children/Young Adolescent Pre Activity Questionnaire prior to commencing the program.
The Pre Activity Questionnaire needs to be signed by a parent or guardian.
What’s on and when?
Our program for Term 1, 2019 starts Wednesday 4th February
Monday and Wednesday 3.30 – 4.30pm
Our gym sessions are a structured “workout of the day” lead by a qualified trainer. Each session will be varied to keep you motivated and challenged and will focus on resistance training, mobility work, coordination and agility exercises. We’ll introduce you to a range of equipment including traditional gym machines and functional training equipment. You work at your pace and to your ability.
How much does it cost?:
Pay-as-you-go $9.00 per session*
*An access band must be purchased at your first class
Term fee $150 (2 sessions per week)
Access Band – $20 (Re-useable and essential for gym sessions)
