New program for ERC

HIITSTEP is a NEW and innovative 30 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a STEP.

Forget the fancy footwork and tricky choreography of traditional step classes, HIIT Step uses only bodyweight and a step, and is designed to shred fat and help you reach peak fitness. There are plenty of options to cater for all fitness levels.

HIIT Step will have your heart pounding and your legs aching!    You’re coach Mel Jarred,  will motivate you and guide you through the class that will improve your cardiovascular fitness, speed and agility and achieve serious calorie burning.  Starts Tuesday 30th April at 5.45pm!
