Group Fitness classes, including the acclaimed Les Mills range of disciplines, are held in our dedicated Group Fitness Studio offering 220sqm of sprung timber parquetry floors and air-conditioned comfort. Experienced instructors backed up by a quality sound system ensures exercising has never been more exciting. Whether you are just starting out, or you are one of our Group Fitness junkies, there is something for everyone.
