8 week running program starts 30th May

$18 per session for casuals
THURSDAY’S 9am – 45 mins
Katie will coach you through drills and skill development to help you become a runner or to help improve your current running ability.
SATURDAY’S 8.30am – 60 mins
Katie will take you on a group run – you set your pace and go your own distance. It’s not a competition.
