Whether you’re training for an event or just want to incorporate running into your fitness regime, our trainer Katie is busting to help get you on the right track!

8 week running program starts 30th May

FREE for members
$18 per session for casuals

THURSDAY’S 9am – 45 mins
Katie will coach you through drills and skill development to help you become a runner or to help improve your current running ability.

**Creche available

SATURDAY’S 8.30am – 60 mins 
Katie will take you on a group run – you set your pace and go your own distance. It’s not a competition.
