New Group Fitness timetable starts Monday 29th April

So whats changed?
New early morning Thursday Grit Athletic class with Karis Aplin 5.45am

We introduce HIITSTEP to ERC Tuesdays at 5.45pm. Mel Jarred, 30 mins, a step, great tunes…..say no more!

After many years we say goodbye for now to BodyStep at ERC. Thank you to our devoted steppers and instructors – we know you all have a heavy heart but rest assured we believe new class HIITSTEP will give you your step fix.

Thursday Pilates with Chantel Brown will now start at 9.50am and be a 75 min class! This allows the class to finish with more of the good stuff…..pelvic floor exercises, stretches and relaxation/meditation.

Friday 10.15am BodyBalance will be replaced with a Mobility class with Katie Moyse. This class is targeted at longevity & injury prevention by improving your flexibility and movement.

Due to low numbers Friday arvo Boot-camp will no longer be offered.
