Our Small Group Personal Training program is the affordable option when you need motivation, guidance from a trainer and the support of like-minded individuals

From as little as $11 per 1 hour PT session – you choose your package and payment option

Workouts are fun and different every session so you will be challenged, encouraged and pushed beyond your comfort zone

We’ll track your progress with measurements and goal setting at the beginning and end of the 9 weeks

It’s you versus you with your fellow “groupies” supporting you all the way!

Option 1: 3 sessions per week

  • 20th Jan – 20th March 2020
  • 6am Monday|Wednesday|Friday
  • Trainer – Katie Moyse
  • $297 or 4 fortnightly payments of $74.25 (via direct debit)
  • Maximum of 8 participants

Option 2: 2 sessions per week

  • 21st Jan – 19th March 2020
  • 6am Tuesday|Thursday
  • Trainer – Jess Ruland
  • $198 or 4 fortnightly payments of $49.50 (via direct debit)
  • Maximum of 8 participants

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION: No refunds or make up sessions available. A refund may be issued for medical reasons upon presentation of a doctor's letter. A minimum of 4 registered participants is required to run a program (maximum of 8 participants per program). If a session is cancelled due to insufficient registrations you will receive a full refund or the option to select another session. Where possible, the same Trainer will run the same session for the duration of the Challenge. Trainers may be subject to change without notice. If a session is cancelled due to inclement weather or trainer unavailability, participants will be notified and the session will be rescheduled. Each participant must complete a Stage 1 Pre-exercise Health Questionnaire before participating in the sessions.
